Founded in 1977, DEL-JEN, INC,
provides a broad array of U.S. military installation support services,
including facilities management, operations, maintenance and construction
management for the Department of Defense as well as Education and Training
services for the Department of Labor. Our strong heritage is backed
by more than 26 years of experience, primarily with the U.S. Government.
We employ over 2,800 people in 33 states across the country.
In January 2003 DEL-JEN was acquired by Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR),
one of the world's largest engineering, procurement, construction and
maintenance companies. DEL-JEN is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fluor
Enterprises, Inc., operating as an independent company. DEL-JEN's
expertise, combined with Fluor Corporation's resources and commitment to
the Federal Government, offer our customers the best possible combination
of low-risk, best value support services.
In January 2004 DEL-JEN acquired Trend Western Technical Corporation,
one of the fastest-growing, privately owned logistics services providers
in the U.S. Trend Western, also specializes in military-installation
operations support, for the Department of Defense. DEL-JEN and Trend
Western's business synergies and commitment to high performance standards
and excellence in customer service have made the transition seamless.
Although DEL-JEN offers a wide range of services, we choose to
concentrate on what we do best, which is providing our clients with
professional and technically sound facilities maintenance and base
operations, construction services and training and education. To
best serve these different customers, we are organized into three
operating groups: the Services Group; the Construction Group; and the
Education & Training Group. Each provides the company with the
capabilities it needs to build on its strength as an innovator and to
prosper in a highly competitive market. We operate either as a prime
contractor, subcontractor, or in a teaming relationship. Our major
customers are Federal agencies and commercial customers.

We maintain regional offices in Clarksville, TN and Marco Island, FL.
