|Analyze fuel support requirements; develop re-supply support plans and systems designed to address requirements; devise implementation strategies for fuel re-supply, to include developing programmatic documentation; coordinate the concept plans and ideas into programs; develope training course material and conduct fuel systems management training; develop and maintain essential databases; perform studies and analysis to resolve problems and enhance operations; conduct site surveys.|
•Understanding of government and commercial fuel distribution processes and organizational structure is required.
•Ability to effectively write/editing documents and effectively conduct briefings/presentations.
•Ability to interface with government and commercial activity personnel at all levels (from operators to senior managers).
•Practical experience in data processing operation with a mastery of English, spelling and usage.
•Willingness to travel within CONUS (normally 3-5 day trips).
•Must be able to handle flexible tasking and meet deadlines.
*Requires a minimum clearance of TS/SCI. A Poly is desired and if a current Poly is not held the candidate must be willing to sit for it.
